Master of Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics and Bachelor of Laws. Stockholm University. Over 20 years of experience in business management, finance and law. Previously active as a lawyer specializing in corporate acquisitions and financing.
Johannes Bertorp
MBA and entrepreneur for more than two decades. Early in the IT industry with several successful company builds and sales. Thereafter active as a private investor with main focus on credit investments, direct loans and other capital preservation strategies including real estate.
Marcus Johansson Prakt
Background in finance, real estate and value-creating company development.
Former CEO/CFO of Boho Group (formerly Quartiers Properties, Nasdaq First North) and co-founder of Boho Club Marbella, named Spain’s best boutique hotel in 2021.
Holds an MSc in Finance from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg, with additional studies at ESSEC Business School and HEC Montréal.

Johan Kornborg
Long experience as a leader in both entrepreneurial environments and within private equity and debt origination.
Has completed the journey from company founder to exit on two occasions and has deep knowledge of corporate governance and company structuring. Background in working with strategic and operational matters in private-equity environments.
